The egg keeps out all the negativity coming from others and the space around you. It also keeps out the negative feelings from within: negative thoughts and harmful self-talk. As you breathe in and breathe out, you can visualize the negativity bouncing off the surface of the egg. You are then in a good place to go out and buy some farm fresh eggs to enjoy a delicious meal.
