Bee Conscious
Husband and wife team, Alexis and Patrick Strasser, are the power and energy behind Bee Conscious Baking Company. Patrick grows everything on their Goochland, Virginia farm, and Alexis bakes with the items he grows for their bakery shop and the farmers markets in Charlottesville. They strive to “Bee Conscious” as much as possible – using biodegradable packaging, planting native pollinator supporting plants, and sourcing local ingredients as much as possible.
Telling The Story
The Strassers started their business with a goal of sharing conscious foods with their community. And while their scones are the best in town, they needed a little extra support to highlight just what makes their family’s farm and shop special. HERD provided photo and video assets to help them market their produce and baked goods to new and current customers alike, showing the daily moments of their farm to life.
