A look inside the terrior journey of heritage-breed pigs from the Trainum’s fields and forest to the table of Chef Craig Heartman’s restaurant. After meeting the pair at Lockn’ Music Festival, we followed the culinary journey to discover the great attention to detail and diet provided to each animal raised on the farm, paired with the celebrated Chefs’ interest in the culinary history of the foothill’s region.
Telling The Story
Just as their herds of pigs need fresh forage to grow, Autumn Olive Farm also needed to uplift their brand with new photos of their farm. HERD spent a day roaming the farm’s forests and field to capture one-of-a-kind photos that share the beautiful moments of farm life for pasture raised pigs that the farmers use on their website, social media, and other marketing materials.
